I am working on it. Ordered Rust and Decay is better than nothing!

Well I tried and I couldn't see the faces above the doors. I like that there is a hole cut out just for the fan even though the doors are ripped off and the windows are open. That's very symbolic to me. And the infinite framework, like this decay goes on FOREVER my friend, that's what it said to me.

I like this, its like you have to choose a door, or exit. Nice colours too.

Have a slice of moldy pie, the rats have nibbled the crust/ all things present eventually die, fade, rot, dissolve or rust...

Exactly. I got that completely.
I think its how you've really loaded up in the textures here.
Everything looks so light and flaky...
separate servings like a TV dinner.
And there,
ALWAYS your colors and hues.
Earth tones with just enough life left in the clay tintings,
perhaps some hints towards fleshiness,
to make you feel at home.
Swear to god, if you ever open a museum, I will
be the highly theatrical, yet soft spoken tour guide...
weaving the intensities of each piece into wild sweeps of my arms,
wild eyes, and well chosen words...
Describing your work with such dramatic violence in my delivery,
it shakes loose mah hair-do, the librarian bun on top of my head.
I would arrive early to every viewing, and do this every day for the rest of my life.

Eerie doors and windows--existing without a way to open them. A very haunting image.

Very nice. I like the geometric composition, and of course I am a fan of the grunge!

This is really well done, Ron. It's somehow subtle and in-your-face at the same time.

Very nice work here... I love the title, by the way. Oddly enough, it looks sort of inviting...maybe just to curious folk like myself. LOL Very cool though.. (:

Look pretty cool. Especially while playing its namesake. I had to check it out on youtube since my copy of the fragile is on cassette, and, I don't currently have a player that works.

You're welcome Ron. That could be a cool idea. Its probablly been years since I've listened to that particular NIN tune. I'd forgot just how much I like it. It really goes a long way in revealing some of your inspiration in making the deviation.

In spite of the prevailing grunge and desolation, this piece seems notable to me for the warmth of its tones.very subtle and minimalist!

That's a good title, but I agree that the one you have actually used is better.

The combination of textures, colors, and images are, as always, your distinctly imaginative touch. I see faint images of faces hidden above the doorways, but then I always over-analyze.

I STILL have a poster of Trent Reznor on my living room wall.
Yeah, it's laziness that keeps it there now, but still...
