I've always been interested in the masks like this worn by plague doctors during the black death and I can actually see it becoming popular again after a pandemic outbreak. Especially given that when medicine fails people go back to folklore and home remedies.

I simply love how it turned out, it looks kinds like a date, yet quite complicated ;] And it's also my sentiment for those masks, they turned out really nice as handmade pieces :]
