Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.

Sorry to reply after a few months have past, but why would there beΒ a base with the mane and tail? Isn't the point to edit in the hairs and such, and make the character your own, not just use what comes with it? I mean, such bases exist, mainly with the hairs off to the side, but for the most part people only use those for recolors or to show a cannon character for a shipping/vector/image.

Well, I've tried to download image editors to make the mane and tail, and they all gave me Viruses. Its just very annoying.

Well, most computers come with MS Paint, so you could try that. And, as far as I know downloading GIMP from the official GIMP website hasn't infected you could try that.
But, if youΒ want bases with hairs you can go to , they have pixel bases though and you can't use a bucket tool, you haveΒ to use a transparent replace tool. That's all usable in Paint, I do all my base drawing paint and only use GIMP if I want to backgrounds.
Sorry if I came off rude at first, I was a little surprised by the caps thing~
And, if you do decide to use Selenade's bases in MS Paint, I could always help you out with those

Okay, I'll answer everything in order... Hard to use paint because it took me hours to try and make mane and tail and it looked terrible, it won't let me download GIMP, I'll try that, sorry, and thanks.

Ah, sorry. MS Paint can be hard, I've been working on it for years; the curvy line tool is my favorite, since it helps clean up lines once you get the hang of it.
And about GIMP, I'm sort of surprised it wouldn't download for you... I've had it on two laptops now and they downloaded fine. Hmm. Well, maybe your computer is different then, so I'm not really sure whatΒ to say with that.
Those are the only programs I have, so I'm not sure I can really help outside of that, sorry. Good luck, though~
