Neil is somewhat hyper and loud. He gets excited really easily and takes a good while to calm down once he gets so excited.

He is very protective of his little sister, Bonnie. Can and will fight someone over her.

Loves talking to people and making new friends.

His tail wiggles when he is curious about someone or when he is excited.

He seems like a really sweet teenager when you first meet him. All smiles and very polite, but he has a bit of a rebellious streak. Mainly just sneaking out of the house past curfew, doing stupid shit with his friends, and getting in the occasional fight.
He is a little hard to handle for some people. Overly hyper and talkative, plus that nasty rebellious streak of his. He was going in and out of foster homes before Addison and Lance adopted him. Hopefully they can handle him.

100% will flirt with someone if they show interest in him.

Neil and his younger sister, Bonnie, were admitted to an orphanage at the ages of 14 and 1 due to the loss of their parents in an car crash. Neil was there when it happened and it has caused him to suffer from PTSD.

They were in a foster home together for about a year before they got separated when Neil was sent to another foster home. He never got to see her again until recently.

He became kind of bitter after he was separated from his sister. Giving his foster parents hell and being as rebellious as humanly possible. It made it really difficult for of his foster parents to handle him and often was the cause for him being sent to different foster homes.

He was going from foster home to foster home fairly quickly before he ended up on Addison and Lance's radar. When the couple found out he was the older brother of their newly adopted daughter, Bonnie, they decided to go through the process to try and adopt him as well.

He is living with them now in Elysia. He isn't really used to his new family and hasn't fully accepted them yet. Due to that, he has not allowed them to legally get his last name changed.
