I liked it very much, as you must indeed be doing it right. To express the least of your achievements, you received enough Javert-spirit to wear the same leather trenchcoat as J. Malkovich(2000) Once again, thank you for sharing this great work.

Well, there was unfortunately only one photographer this time instead of two, + my own camera. So there were less photos available than usual.
And thank you very much! Of course, I didn't base my costume just on the 2000 version, many incarnations wear the trenchcoat.
Weirdly, though Malkovich is one of my favourite actors, I couldn't really get into his portrayal of Javert. (Then again, I didn't really like that miniseries in general -and I *expected* to given the actors- I may have to watch it again. However, it did give us the best Thénardier *ever*, all hail Christian Clavier, I'll give it that).

Bah, my stance on adaptations is that all of them manage at least one detail of the story flawlessly; for example Clavier shows a good amount of joviality-entertaining and well acted- at the cost of philosophical bitterness.
Malkovich isn't my favorite either, yet only one of the other incarnations that you remind me of and of other actors who could be compared to you.
Concerning the age issue, you perfectly present the inscrutable oldness common to living concepts[or mythical creatures/dragons] in human form.
