Description
This is Kall Aralon, The first apothecary of Word bearers legion and chosen of Kor Phaeron. Obviously (imediately) after Horus heresy. Made his armour posessed by several demons of the warp including his reductor which is fully turned into a demonic claw. His armour is addorned with the bones of his fallen brothers (in the battles against the hated Ultramarines) as he sees that it's his duty to praise their devotion to the glory of chaos in this fashion. I've never seen a picture of a chaos apothecary so I had to try thisSpent two full weeks(on and off) working on this one. Even thought of discardin it.
I'm proud of this one, I think it has character

hey nice work basler2 great armour design. personally i would have angled his hands a bit so the thumbs are more at the front but hey thats me.
are those soft drink cans on his belt? to quench his thrist during battle. are they full of blood? heh peace bro.

I have one quibble, then I will return to my usual fawning.
Those are the bones of his fallen brethren? They're a bit small, aren't they? Like bird bones or the bones of children (which would be really scary). Astartes have great big bones like, maybe double the size of a normal man. At least. Obviously you wouldn't be able to fit as many on his armour but I reckon with your attention to detail they could be seriously cool.
Anyway, aside from that, I really like how his horns look something like the curves on the symbol of Tzeentch. Was that deliberate? And, I love the grim little face on his reductor hand. More hands should have their own faces!
And of course, your attention to detail is, as always, staggering. Seriously good work there sir, may Tzeentch grant you a tentacle!

Thanks for the tentacle wish (but I'll have to cut my hand off and replace it with a bionical arm) and thanks for your thoughts on the size of the bones. I need to point out(in my defense) that the human body has 206 bones(some of them are very small) maybe these are pinky finger bones or sth. similar
The horns are not made to resemble the sign of Tzeentch, in fact he seems more Slaaneshi to me.

Ahhhh, you've got a point there. I'd not really thought about collecting finger bones. The Imperial Fists have a weird thing for Dorn's finger bones, don't they. And now you mention it.. he does look a bit Slaaneshi, doesn't he? Still, he's a Word Bearer so I'm sure he'd be pleased with either.

Wow man, forgotte how much i love ur stuff, i love his belt buckle, the heads on the exhausts on his power pack, his left knee cap! and most of all simply his eyes, the shading is near perfect.
But dude i have to agree with Stadno and Arrbin on the old right leg, i do shit like that all the time tho so whoc cares lol

I really like the look of those daemons on his armour (his shoulder pad looks mean lol). I think it looks cool how his left side has lots of daemons and his right side is covered with bones, i like it.

Yeah I wanted to make a contrast between his affliction to demonic possesion and the veneration of his brothers(to show that he cares)

Astounding details. But the armor looks kinda flat. It doesn't have proper 3D depth. This can be seen especially on his right leg.
