No problem, I work with similar stuff and from my perspective death of a person can only occur if the Mind get's wiped clean from all memories and there are no backup's and that is ussually very rare.
Also I frigging love tf that creates clones or very close look alikes.

Question: The first rule of the story that this is from is "1) NO KILLING", but in that same story Astrid kills Hiccup in order to create Runa (as depicted in this series of images), so... What's the deal with that?
I mean, there's no denying that Hiccup is dead: Runa is an entirely different individual that Astrid created using Hiccup as raw material. Actually, Astrid did WORSE than kill Hiccup, she wiped all memory of Hiccup from existence besides her own. She committed the perfect murder: No one will ever even know that Hiccup existed, no one will ever mourn his passing. Not his friends, not his family, not even Toothless.
The Astrid from the movie seemed to care for Hiccup, but this Astrid is apparently a complete sociopath who killed him without a second thought. that is crazy dark. Also, as noted it kinda contradicts the very first rule of the fic it is featured in.

I'm not sure I'd really agree with that interpretation...the way I see it Hiccup is still there and still exactly the same, the only thing that's changed is the gender. Transformation isn't really the same thing as murder at all, Hiccup and everything about him is still there. The personality is still exactly the same, he's not a completely and totally knew person as Runa, the memories are all still exactly the same with the exception of Astrid being a twin sister and Hiccup having always been a girl.
And ultimately...it really don't matter that much anyway when everything can pretty much be undone and returned to normal at what is basically the flip of a switch >_>

Really, what are you a psychologist or something? You are free to write your opinions, but really. Look, when I said no killig, I meant no blood, no dead persons, just because the memory of a person are changed in my opinions doesn't mean that that person is dead. If you don't like it, then stay out of it, and leave the writing to those who want to write

I don't really see how anyone could argue that Hiccup and Runa are the same person. There's no trace of Hiccup left anymore, nothing remains of him in Runa. He's dead, Astrid killed him, that's patently obvious.
It just seems odd that you would establish the rule of "No Killing" and then break it yourself.

Not really. Hiccup got moved into the subconscious of the new body as was kept in the back o Runa's mind until Astrid no longer wanted a sister. She would probably get sick of her eventually xD
