Sé que en este caso no tiene mucho que ver, pero esta imagen me recordó mucho a unos animales-hongos de "Futuro salvaje" Me gustan más estos que los del documental

Dos preguntas algo tontas, pero que no he visto en los tutoriales que he leído:
¿Qué significan las _ en las fórmulas? ¿Son fórmulas que dependen de otras o algo así?
Luego, otra pregunta, ¿el orden de las fórmulas altera algo? Porque yo he puesto en ocasiones cuatro fórmulas y no se apreciaba apenas diferencia con respecto a la primera.

Efectivamente, como dices son ads, -añadidos-, fórmulas que no son escapetime. que por si solas no funcionan.
El orden si afecta en lo que respecta a las 3D y 4D, en las dIFS apenas es importante. Si tienes muchas iterations en la 1ª formula p.ej. las que están detras apenas tendrán efecto alguno, o ninguno. También puedes usar la casilla 'repeat from here', abajo en la ventana de las formulas (casi no la veo, puñetero Gnome ). Eso quiere decir que las fórmulas anteriores serán usadas como pretransformaciones Es un poco largo explicarlo del todo, pero puedes hacer unas prueba, como poner tres formulas consecutivas y jugar con el repeat from here y ver un funcionamiento diferente, incluso con muchas iteraciones al fin se dejará ver la influencia de las que no parecía hacer efecto

It IS beautiful, and the light so diffuse and somewhat mysterious, and that is probably why the colours are sooo terrific!... But I may ask I think: how long did it render ?

Hmm not very sure, did it around a month ago in a server machine with 4 cores and think it took around 36 hrs at 3x size displayed here.
