Evolves into ?????????? with/at ?????????? and then evolves into ?????????? with/at ??????????.
Tokayou is based on a Gecko with some swampy qualities and with some Alligator/Crocodile thrown in for good measure.
It is also based on Egg 3 in 's HATCH AN EGG Contest. [link] This, of course, is to make it look like it hatched from the egg.
