Sadly no as he's a recent character I've created back in March but he has the appearance of the Rito Champion as he's the son to the Champion

Does he look like the Wind Waker Ritos or the Botw ritos?

He has lighter blue feathers than his father's, has 3 braids and he wears his father's armor as his own got ruined during a battle he had a century prior

Indeed and his father trained Ventio in archery his whole life making him as skilled as his father so he/I could train you
