Don, Dave, and Rick are three intergalactic crime lords and head leaders of C.O.R.D, Corrupted Organization of Ruthless Dominance, a fiendish organization created to unleash untold evils to cause world larceny.
Lately the corporation has been dealing with money issues almost to the point of bankruptcy. They tried bank robbing, buying other corporations and selling them (and steal their money), hiring other villainous masterminds and criminals to get them more money but all of their attempts failed.
Though not all is lost for them, they recently heard news about the F-Zero Grand Prix and the reward it offers, so the three of them modified their limousine and converted it into a high speed vehicle.
They may be in this race to win, but they are not gonna play fair. They were close to winning, but a taxi driver/racer who goes by the name PJ accused them for cheating, even bringing in some evidence to prove he was correct. Now they want that alien taxi driver dead, and they will go to great length to have PJ dead.
