Gift art for my friend NJ of Jurnjo, a character from her comic Emergency Exit .I am enjoying cel shading more and more recently.

It [cell shading] looks good on your work; with the textures it still keeps that sort of grunge feel I usually get from your art.

I guess it's more just cartoon shading them. Or something. Not as... "painty" as my normal style and still using some flat areas of shade. But not 100% cell.
