One of the many enemies from the awesome MMO Maplestory, the Red Snail is stronger than both the green and blue snails. Though the red snail gives slightly higher exp, the health jump from blue to red is exponential. The Blue Snail gives the best exp ratios from levels 1-6 the making the Red Snail pretty useless in terms of any sort of grinding. But, nowadays the game babys the players so much that you don't really have to train on monsters until level 40+. Regardless, Maplestory was an awesome way to kill time and make friends, and I'll never forget it.
