Description The second in a scratchboard series depicting scenes from Pink Floyd's "Time".

Unfortunately my scanner is smaller than the size of the scratchboard so I've lost some of my sun and some of my city (the city being the shiny lights on the left hand horizon line).

And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but its sinking
I love this, and am I right in saying that once you go wrong with scratchboard you can't go back?

Do you mean that if you make a mistake you can't fix it?

I have heard that you can paint over a mistake with india ink, but I'm not sure how well it will scratch if you need to go over it again... I've never had to try it. In that sense, clayboard is a better choice because the white is deeper, and mistakes can be corrected using the ink method.

And, thanks! Totally got the right words on that.

This one, is epic. One of my favorite songs by the Floyd, and you took it way beyond what the lyrics could say.

I think you demonstrated pretty much all the aspects of skilled arting in this one. It's got everything but color, and it's fantastic as a b/w anyway. You seriously made scratchboard do it's thing on this. That sun is brilliant.

That left shoe looks perfect, too.
