It looks fantastic. I love how her belly is resting on the couch and the choice of (under)clothing emphasizes how she's relaxing. The face is absolutely adorable, too- I love the lips and the nose.
On the other hand, literally, the hand her head is resting on looks wrong. The palm extends too far, making it looks more like a heel to me. The other hand, and her feet, are fine, though.
