Spirals generally aren't my thing but this one is colored and textured very beautifully, with just a hint of pseudo-3d shading.

I like this. There's a dramatic sharpness and clarity I find appealing, there are great shadows, the colors are gorgeous, I like the fading of the outer parts of the spiral into the background and the way the spiral sort of 'leans' gives the image a nice sense of tension and movement. All in all, nicely done!
