Description
This is a tutorial to create a grid and then displace it with whatever you want; a letter, initials, a logo, whatever! You have to full-size it to see the whole tutorial, it's damn big and I spent some good time on it.
I haven't posted any of my grids, I just think it's fun to do sometimes. And I want to see what you can do with it.
Send me a link if you do anything with this tutorial! I'll link all the examples right here.

1st i wish to apologize for the amount
of time it took me to get to your submission
now, on to notes...
your explanation on making the grid was great
tho you made a small fumble, it's the 'shift' key
to keep a straight line.
the rest [after the grid making] felt a little rushed
as in the magnitude of the displace filter was not
really passed, thake a look at the old displacement
play tutorial on the club for stronger understanding
of that filter.
on a helpfull tip note...
for work flewency, you can click the
image->duplicate [merged selected]
to make a quick copy of your desired
displacement map.
cheers and keep up the good tutorial work, the level
of the club is getting higher and most my early tutorials
are not up to the standards anymore...
