leewiART is the name of a website very similar to deviantART where many artists post their work; it is not an artist's name. I have several pieces by this artist in my collection under the name xiaosa - a name used to display the same artwork found in this DA gallery on CGHub, which recently closed its doors. Because CGHub closed, it makes sense to me that this artist would choose to set up an account at a replacement site (in this case, DA). Many artists seems to use different names on different websites, so that alone does not seem to indicate the artwork is stolen. The fact that the gallery contains the same works here as it did on CGHub and on leewiART, etc. also indicates to me that this may very well be one artist using a variety of user names. I believe you may be incorrect in your accusation of art theft.

Also please explain to me why this piece bennidi11.deviantart.com/art/H⦠could not be found using tineye reverse image search.
It's either:
1) the artwork was not indexed for reverse image search using that particular service
2) the artwork was submitted by its ORIGINAL ARTIST
You can guess which of these is more likely. If this piece I linked was stolen, it'd be somewhere on the internet as well.
And the possibility that it was stolen from another artist is extremely unlikely because that artwork matches the art style with the rest of this deviant's gallery.

This couldn't be found using reverse image search either. Look, it even has a signature on it. I can decipher the word "Schen"/"S Chen" and a date. Let me remind you that the name of the artist was probably "Chen Murong" or "Chenchen Wei" (see leewiArt profile www.leewiart.com/art/48421.htm⦠and the blog entry perfectrisingstar.wanmei.com/V⦠). "Schen" seems awfully similar to the name Chen, now doesn't it?

Why are you trying to make that deviant responsible for the spam you made? If you didnt do research properly before going on a crusade on someone's art, it's your responsibility alone. Not the person who started it. Why is this even important who started it? Your response and behavior is exactly the reasoning of a 12 year old that didn't learn some life lessons yet, and in fact I'm going to look for that deviant's comment that made you go on a rampage on this person's art. This person bennidi11 is from China. The first link you listed is 100% in chinese. The gallery of this person is all in the first link. He doesn't know English, which may explain no description and the title. And sometimes an artist has to download their own art because perhaps they're on a different computer and does not have the file on the computer.
But these are just my thoughts on this.

From what I gathered using google translate, this is (or was part of a series of pieces) that won some kind of competition. Artist's name is probably "Chenchen Wei" with username Chen Murongon on leewiArt. The pic was uploaded in 2011-10-17, it seems.
Normally, art thieves pick many good pictures by multiple artists, but if this person is one, he surely has a consistent gallery. Most of the art seems to be of the same person. Then again, the picture itself is relatively small (original pictures are usually larger than stolen ones) but alone that isn't really a good indicator whether its stolen or not. Both accounts are chinese as well, so chances are good they're the same person.
I'm not really convinced that this is art theft. To me all this points towards the possibility it could be a chinese artist who just discovered deviantArt.

I reverse-Google-image-searched a different piece by this user and it was another by a different artist entirely. Pretty scummy to post other people's work and claim it as his own.

Again, it seems to be a chinese user in this case too. Not everyone uses the same aliases for multiple websites, including myself. I suppose if your only fluent language is chinese, you'd only choose chinese names. Which is obviously the case here. So thus, it's still not completely impossible that it was the original artist who posted this piece of art on a different website. Do you see what kind of mushy basis youre making that claim of this artwork being stolen?
You are assuming way too much and ignoring the (scarce) facts that are there. For the particular work you just linked I have another hint that you failed to adress: The date of this work matches the date of the art that was submitted to leewiArt, which also was in the october of 2011. It's extremely unlikely someone saw the art, and instantly had the idea to repost it somewhere else. Needless to say that there doesn't seem to be a way to ultimately figure out the original artist and his accounts with the scarce information on the artists' profiles and the language barrier. Which is, oh surprise, another hint for you to step down on your theft allegations.
There is ABSOLUTELY no factual basis for the claim this art was stolen, except that it exists on other websites. But again, that alone proves nothing at all. I am surprised by your self assurance and arrogance to also send messages to other users with that kind of reasoning. Joining in a bandwagon is always fun I guess. You guys really need to stop this crap.
I'd rather have the artist make a comment about it, and I wouldnt even care if he posted this in chinese.
