you know the idea of him saving her live doesn't sound far fetched in fact I have my own idea on how he does it first it's about Ben helping Kim on a mission and while both Ben and Kim are busy fighting dragon's minions and Shego doctor dragon will start active his machine to conquer the world but then somehow his machine started to go haywire for some strange reason and it made doctor dragon's lair to collapse in on itself so both Ben and Kim and the bad guys got out of it safe but Shego almost got out near the exit when a ceiling fall on her and fell on floor so while Kim and Ben were catching their breath from running Kim saw dragon running to his ship with his minions and dragon say his best funny line to Kim and Ben (Kim possible you think you and your new partner are all that well your not) and while they see dragon fly away Kim notice that she didn't see Shego going into the ship and Ben notice that to and they both realize that shego is still inside the broken down lair so Ben transformed into one of his digging aliens and dug Shego out however they found out that she's dead but Ben is willing to her back to live first he try CPR on her but no such luck so he did the next best thing he transformed into his electric aliens to perform a jump started to her heart he did it a couple of times and shego came back to life and then Shego started to feel woozy at first until she finally feel better and wanted to know what happened to her so Kim filled her in and told her that Ben brought her back to life and Shego is really surprised by that and then they saw dragon's ships coming in to a landing for some reason and while it was still preparing to land Shego looked at Ben to embarrassingly say thanks to him and Ben told her it was no problem it what he do so then she started to walk back to the ship when it was almost landed but she stopped for a moment and she quickly ran back to Ben and quickly gave him a quick kiss and of course both Ben and Kim are taken back by that and shego finish kissing Ben and turn to Kim to say (not a single word) and starts running back to the ship got in and fly off

It's an interesting idea, and it could work if they bonded over being incredibly fight happy and having blue skinned partners. Then again, she'd be the one trolling the shit out of him, in a way that doesn't seriously injure him, of course XD
