well one of the most important things of any ui is a consistent color scheme, and one that draws over and blends in well (but not completely masking in) with the visual style of the application. UIs also need to be easy to navigate and comprehend. I don't know by heart w/e language this is (I'm guessing Chinese), but the ones on the left have a nice visual pop to them. The ones on the right seem like they could work as end-of-game display results
