would you recommend this camera? im thinking of getting it, but dont know if i shouuld get the nikon p510 or this>? great work btw

i was between this one and the P510 too, to be quite honest, i went with this one after watching sample photos taken by many reviewers with both cameras, what i did was, downloaded a sample photo, then i edited them just like i do with my photos, and i reached the conclusion that i could achieve much better results with the photos taken with the Canon, even better than the cheaper DSLR with stock lenses.
From what i've experienced so far, i think you can't go wrong with the SX40, hell, the quality is so good that i'm making wallpepers with photos taken with full zoom!
A very strong point of this camera is how it handles darker photos with high ISO, i've made wallpapers with ISO 800, and thats something.
