Long ago The 1010 crew had a party in a middle of a thunder storm along with the factory that creates 1010.

Neon J wanted to prove that they can withstand anything even a thunder storm. The thunder storm sent out huge bolt of
lightning to the factory machine. Neon j and the 1010 boys were self but the machine started to going haywire creating orange electricty and the machine spawn out an Orange robot thus cooling down the machine. While the boys welcome the orange robot with open arms Neon J was sure.

A few months past and Neon J notice that the orange robot was more reckless then the others almost as if the orange robot was an AI so he shut down the robot but the boys didn't want to him to be destroyed so Neon J locked him up some where in the Barraca_Mansion.

Overtime Bunk Bed Junction invited Barraca Mansion where they discovered the Orange robot. So Mayday and Julie "accidentally" broke him out the recharged him. The Orange robot was eternally grateful and wishes to help Bunk Bed Junction.
