I always viewed the prism in both of those games as a boy or in gem terms male pronounced. idk...it just seems like it makes sense; like if there ever were something close to being a male gem or something like a gem like the prism, it would not only be a weapon but referred to as a male or an it.

it just felt right in a way for me. I don't have a problem with where they're going with gems but it feels too weird for me that gems are often referred to as girls (except steven for obvious reasons) I mean just once i'd like to see an actual boy gem. that's why i'm grateful for the prism...even if he's referred to as an it, people can still view him as male
