Did you now that if you lay on the bed calmly you can see your body being pushed up and down by the heavy blood-pressure that pumps through your abdominal aorta (the main artery that serves the abdomen, which is position between the organs and right above the spine)....You should try it....It's amazing.......Just don't forget to breathe slowly....
