Back in 2010-2012 the sims3 did a promotion with Renault resulting in the release of promotional in-game content.
What was released:
-4 vehicles [Renault Twizy, Renault Fluence, Renault ZOE, New Renault Twizy]
-Renault charging station building shell (non interactive, only decorative)
-5 decorative plants
-2 functional items [Solar panel, Windmill]

You can download This set Here, or you download just the twizy and it's charging station for free via the sims3 store.

Additional Info:
There was 4 separate releases of Renault content. each release included previous released content, thus the 4th and final release contains all the content from the previous 3 releases. More info can be found Here.
