This looks good! I love the light playing on the water!! I hope she realises that croc (alligator? I've forgotten how you tell) is there soon cos if not she's gonna get got as she's looking the wrong way!
I think the shadow on the water looks good, and I really like the way you've done splashes up her left leg! I struggle a bit with water (along with a few other things 
The lens flare looks wicked as well, there's a lot of subtle things in this to keep me looking
