Description
Teaching myself how to use SmoothDraw 3 using a second hand art pad. It's fun!(Makes me want to go on on a course and learn pastels and charcoal)

Ooh cool. I like the illustration and the words. Where are the words from?
It's fairly easy to teach yourself these things, just practise.

The text is all made up - but I realise there's a mistake - the artist is remembering an experience as a child, not a child having a memory. I think I might have been thinking of the cut-scenes from Final Fantasy Chronicles which introduce different areas in a fairy tale style.

Looks good, especially the large stone.
I wouldn't mind taking a course in any sort of painting... Most of what I know is either self taught or something i remember from way back in "art" class. Where I spent most of the time making my own boardgames instead of listening to the teacher...

Thanks. I'm guessing that with art it's okay to take up these things later in life. Game designers are much rarer than artists.
