maybe you should go with a one second shutter speed... or two - that will smooth out things more - tripod needed though.

Idea is great but I think you've got too much of everything - houses, lights and so on. Maybe try and cut it?

Now that is really cool. I really like how the building are all built up and compressed, and then you have the smooth almost river like cars and bridges that go really well with the actual river. Awesome!
And what's the limit of the filesize? The only problem I've ever had is not being able to hav a picture of over 10M pixels which pisses me off when I try and do joiners.

Its not that theres a limit. It just looks better smaller as you can't see as much noise in the image
