I'm really enjoying how the organs appear to be 'melting into form' as they fall out of the planets.

Ah, I see! Then, I might recommend working with the line weight, as some of the organs closer to the center of the larger planet blend together; there's no discernable variety. Some organs, realistically, have a different color than others, so some of them could look lighter/darker than others.
