mmm not really... i notice that you either laid a layer on top of the image to darken it, or made two strips on the top to lighten the top and bottom of the image... for what reason i didn't know, so i assumed that you had some purpose doing it XD

but all in all, i think its fine... maybe its cuz my monitors are a bit bright, but i dont think its too dark at all...there are patches here and there that seem a *little* dark, but not the entire image itself...
