Even more of my secret shame. Team Fortress 2 belt buckles revisited, this time I covered Soldier, Scout, Heavy, Medic, and the spy again, cause I quite like the spy one.These little fellas were made on special request and donated as prizes for a lan the clan had a few months back. And I gotta say, parting with the Medic one breaks my heart.
ANYWAYS, TF2 and all that good stuff belongs to Valve, yo.

They're metal. Aluminum, actually. They were etched for the text, then anodized for the colours. They're held together by rivets.

Unless you've got a 20 amp car battery charger and a couple of vats of sulphuric acid sitting around I'd say it's probably not a great idea. Unfortunatley anodizing is kind of a nasty chemical process. I wrote my college thesis on it.

Hey, I've got a LAN coming up in July and we've been discussing prizes, these would be awesome! If you don't mind me copying your idea, how easy were they to make and how did you go about making them?

I'd rather not go into detail. The process is adapted from heavy industry and uses a lot of chemicals and machinery you shoulden't be handling without proper training. Handled improperly this stuff can do you some serious damage.
