I really like sea, but i have never been in french seaside. It's holiday? So why there are not much people? (as a matter of fact beach is empty)

It was not holidays, I was there on a weekend to see a friend (the camera date is not right, it was taken on the 23rd of October which is not a holiday time).
As of the French seaside there are some very very nice place (Les Calanques, Hyères, Porquerolles, Arcachon, Biarritz, or more glamourous : Cannes) (you can google them up for a sight).
The place I was on this picture is pretty crappy, but nice because of the presence of the sea and the sun.
