A redo of my pic, 'The Queen of the Nightlife' ([link] ); I would have just replaced it, but I changed the BG completely, and I kinda liked the old BG, so the old version stays. I like this one so much better that it isn't even funny. Really. You can't laugh at it.The BG is kinda... odd, but that's okay. There was no way I was gonna draw another city. I kinda like it this way, anyway.

Magnificent! The shine on Rouge's vinyl (or is that PVC?) looks really awesome and lends a greater air of quality to the picture. She almost looks like a dominatrix in this getup.
