This is beautiful work. The hair, the eyes, the wings, the lips, the green fingernails .... everything! I admire the whole effect very much.

You did an amazing job on this! I think the eyes are fabulous!!! The only thing I can see that needs a tweak is the lips. The light reflecting off the lips should be softer. You can do this by applying a slight Gaussian blur or using the smudge or blur tool in Photoshop.
