FINALLY! I found it! I came across this picture randomly on the Internet, with no information on the author. I saved it because for whatever reason this always reminds me to how I love to create art, and so it was quite inspiring. Especially since I'm an anthro artist as well.
And now finally I found the original - by accident, by the way - so I can fav it and tell you how I love it!
EDIT: And I just noticed that this is an updated version, the one I have has some details different! I like this one!

Actually, I probably miss the more saturated colors from the old one. I really love vibrant colors.

Well, ya can't please everyone. I get half the people complaining that I use colors that are too bright and saturated and the other half complaining that I DON'T use those colors. So I'm going to paint what I'm going to paint and people can like it or not and it is what it is.

Of course, tastes differ, and I agree, do what you personally feel like doing.
I always take feedback as far as actual mistakes or good practices, but there is a line beyond which it comes down to personal taste and there I always go after my heart.
