Tis picture is looks finished, and perfect with your own style. This is better than the first variation, but I don't think that you should work on it more: start something new instead!
I like the realistic body types the most! (Only the giraffe-girl's upper body seems a bit weak compared to her huge neck.) This was my wallpaper for weeks, and I'm really choosy.

the amount of well-thought-out detail that went into this... impressive. this picture is fun to stare at!

It is amazing how much detail is put inside this wonderful painting, like the smiley on that box or the expressions on all those faces.
One minor thing though, it seems as if mister fluffytail is a bit off balance and could fall backward any second. With those feet, standing like a human can do that to you, unless you compensate by bending your ankles and knees to shift the center of weight a bit forward. I could be wrong though and it is only a minor detail with an almost perfect painting. Well done!

I ran a balance analysis using one of my 3D printing programs and a figure like that could stand. But let's face facts here; the way most digitigrade anthros are drawn require some suspension of disbelief as most of them would not be able to stand or walk very well. If you want to go with realism, the entire furry community would have to switch to drawing plantigrade feet. It's just not terribly efficient for bipeds to walk on their toes like that. It may be more aesthetically pleasing but it's not realistic physiologically.
