Just something I did for fun with fur. Graphite on Bristol Vellum. Image size about 8.5 X 8.5 inches. 15-20 hours.Thanks for peeking.

This piece is very well done. The textures are expressed through the values very effectively, and the contrast between the values (the intensity of the light white and dark black) adds a richness to it.

Gorgeous. Simply Gorgeous. I have a Retriever and when I look at this, it's like looking at a picture of him. This picture is just simply amazing. The texture, every little detail. Perfect. Right where it should be. I wish I could buy it... (I do realize it is up for sale.) But I am in AWE with it. When I saw it, I was breathless. It's people like you that I look up to. Not only for inspiration, but because of the credit that you deserve for your work. It's people like you that help this world find the TRUE meaning of artwork.
