- Right... Oh my, I don't know what I've gotten myself into. How am I going to do this?!

She slammed her hands down on the table, causing all the paper to rustle . The cat didn't even blink.

- Neither do I.
- I don't know if I can do this. I mean, I expected like, ONE to come. Now they are all coming! Oh gosh. I need a co-trainer next time.

She sighed and looked out the window while stroking a strand of hair behind her ear. Leaning her head in her hand she then continued;

- And think about all the equipment I'm going to need now. Where am I supposed to get that, huh?
- Well don't look at me.
- I know I know, I'm just desperate.
- Yes. I kind of noticed. You are talking to a cat.
- I'm going to need a bigger kitchen table.
- Maybe, if you are lucky, the little gray people will help you.

The cat smirked, not that anybody would notice.

- Oh don't be silly, there are no little gray people at Black Bird Acres!
- ...
- They haven't moved in yet.

The cat simply glared at his human. How did he get stuck with this weirdo anyway.

- What if I make a fool out of myself? Huh? What if it all goes straight to crap.
- I can totally see that happen
- Well you are not very good support, Cat.
- Is that what you want me to be?
- Oh never mind. I need to go and buy food so they can get something to eat when they arrive. And a table. Where am I going to find a big enough table? Damnit.

She hurriedly stood up, almost knocking the chair over, and rushed out of the kitchen.

- And maybe a few more chairs, the cat said. Or are you going to have them sit on the floor, like dogs?

But his human couldn't hear him because she was already out the front door.
