I sketched the previous picture with Carol and Vlad first but quickly realized if I wanted anybody to care I was gonna have to draw a belly to go with it LOL. Fortunately, imagining a scenario wasn't difficult-- just carol, in her desire to please her love, hopelessly engorged with the blood of their hapless victims-- vlad likes to save them up in the castle's prison blocks until there's enough to really transform his wife into a blimp, belly and abdomen bloated and wobbly, swollen and bulging grotesquely with dozens if not hundreds of poor unfortunate souls. carol gasping for breath, voice caught in her throat as her feast threatens to lurch back up her exhausted esophagus, trying not to choke on how absolutely stuffed full she is as her love brings in the next morsel for her to force into her burgeoning, creaking, balloon-like mass. a sickly, wet burp forces itself out of her gullet as her next victim is brought to her lips, her teeth sink into the flesh and she begins to drink again, gorging herself, pumping more, more blood into herself, bloating even fuller. larger
