Amazing colour scheme here.
The lighting is, again, amazing. The expression on her face and the rough lighting in some places really make this work. Maybe it would look better if the face was entirely smooth, like all the shading/lighting smoothed down more, but I may be wrong!
The bit between her chin, hair and shoulder is miraculously dry - no rain in the background or anything..
but I'm nitpicking. Nice work! (Again!)
