This isn't supposed to be in my scraps; a gallery director seemed to dislike this and simply moved it into my scraps for me, and at the time, you couldn't move things back out of scraps. If you just want to make an avatar or profile picture or whatever with it, then that's fine. If you can link back to my page while you're at it, all the better. "Can i use?" is incredibly ambiguous, could mean anything, and I'm not about to say yes to that.

His suit looks like the suit worn by The Fury from Metal Gear Solid 3 (but without the jetpack), yet his flamethrower looks like the flamethrower from Halo 3. Weird.
