I've never wanted to enter a contest this much. This is actually my first here on dA. xD

I'm not expecting anything big with this here, but I tried.

HIS STORY::

Wept and wept through the 9th grade after the loss of his father, he looked to Ramona, the unlucky girl who sat next to him in class, for a shoulder to cry on.

Bored and annoyed Ramona tried to make him feel better. In other words, shut him up. So she took him to the movies. Big mistake. Quinn took it as a date.

Needless to say, it all ended in tragedy.

HIS POWERS::

Don't let his petittescrawniness fool you. His sadness and anger (mostly sadness) fuels his powers. And they are pretty dang powerful. When he is feeling depressed, he cries. He uses his tears as his weapon, manipulating them into anything he so wishes them to be. He likes to use fists and baseball bats because, well, that's all he can think of.

Of course, he could just drown his victims. As of now, he just might consider it.
