THis oc is completely open to rps, he can be found in the deep swamps, or probably near a library

Now this isn't a shot that includes his den but Oracle or nova depending on how well you know him is a dragon that likes to watch over things and learn. His is not powerful like the fabled chronicler but has similar interests. He enjoys finding artifacts, and collecting books and scrolls on the history of the world. It is one of the only ways to kick him out of the swamp that is his home. He lives in the largest oldest tree. His home made of branches rock and wood.

While being a mixed wind dragon he doesn't have a powerful breath attack that causes mass about of damage. He can blow gusts of wind and even start up a cyclone if he has a lot of time to prep. His earth qualities appear in the armor in his tail and the little bit of plating on his nose. He can channel a bit of energy though his tail when he swings it to cause more damage but he is far from a fighter. Staying in his tree to avoid predators or evil dragons. It is said that he has a pinch of dark dragon in him because his commonly seen unsociable nature. No one knows and Oracle really doesn't care himself about rumors.
