I'm not as attached to them as I was before, but I decided to keep the animal companion of this set! I ended up naming her based off of a dream, and I think she's stuck with me h AH,,

Offering for this one is gonna be a bit strange, since this is my first time doing a big, collective set like this! There's gonna be separate offer chains for all of them individually, as well as one to offer on them together as a set. I'll look at USD and HQ Pop CS/one-offs! Art only as an add-on please! <33 Quality over Quantity when it comes to character trades!

Cursed Bard: A little country boy intent on giving his all to...everything. His passion? Music. Singing, playing, writing, all of it. He always wore a smile on his face, jokes never getting old (to him, anyway). He was reckless. He and the Prince met when they were young and formed a quick bond. However, one would be blind to not notice his sharp teeth, claws, pointed ears. This very much human being looks very odd all things considering. Playing songs in the wrong place apparently has its consequences. He doesn’t know what all this curse would do him, but the one thing that keeps it at bay? The very thing that got him cursed in the first place. As he plays, the curse dwindles and becomes content, a quiet calm settling on everyone around him. He insists there’s nothing magical at play, but it’s hard to ignore the way his music almost seems...physical.

Lost Prince: Perhaps being lost struck a chord with the Prince, enabling him to sympathize with the falling deity. He wears his title close to his heart, but only that. Long since cast out from his home from fear of a prophecy foretelling his birth, so the ruling family believed. It was a bitter affair, but it only left a small trace of it in his heart, something he knows will show itself eventually. His eyes linger on the red and gold tapestries hung around his home kingdom with the royal insignia, feet heavy when walking near signs of wealth. His friend is one of the few things keeping him rooted still. He’s a traveler, taking in those who are willing to come with him in this confusing chase of a distant prophecy, one that leads him in circles. He’s convinced in his own destiny and will push people away. It’s a miracle his friend has stayed with him thus far. Through storms, harsh winters, blistering deserts, the Prince keeps his ragtag group of wanderers together, helping them all find the goals they’re searching for in hopes he might stumble upon his.

Old Star: A horrible being. They don’t care for the dealings of the mortals and remain totally above them. The deity knows they’re the only ones able to help them get back to wherever they came from. Heralding from the Old Stars, the deity is one of the Constellations, ancient beings that watch over the world from a distance, old and unmoving. The New Stars are the ones who grant the inhabitants of the land what they want. This Old Star was thrown down to earth, lost to their companions. Why or how they ended up on this world is unknown; they refuse to share the reason. It’s hard to deny what this being is. Not quite human, but not quite other-wordly. An even balance. An...unnatural one. The group must go to great lengths to protect this deity from those who wish to harm them, and protect other mortals from the fiery wrath of a mildly upset Old Star.

The Watcher: Monk, recluse, wizard, prophet; the Watcher has heard it all, been called an array of different things. Since humanity moved on from the Old Stars, so did the old temple caretakers. With the rise of the New Stars, so did the mages who drew their magic from them in turn. The Watcher turns her eyes up to the night sky when all others are asleep. She saw the deity fall from the sky, crash on the horrid place she calls home. She was never assigned the task of keeping watch over the fallen Old Star. Abandoning her post, she went off in search of this deity. Much to her surprise, she found them with this small group of travelers. She trusted neither the Prince nor the Old Star, yet found herself in the midst of these people. She had never left her home far up in the Southern Mountains. Generations were born there, each one given the task of watching over the post. Culture shock doesn’t begin to explain her feelings at seeing the actual world below the mountain range she called home.

Harvester: The Harvester...a glorified assassin really. They come in, take what or who they need, then get out before anything can be figured out about them. Name, age, gender, height; they have a good way of seemingly changing everything about them each time they strike. The Harvester is part of a ring, all working together with a common goal; harvest the magic from certain powered people to use for reasons kept classified. Or at least, that’s what it seems like. Though they work together for a singular entity, many are outpaid to give their collections to high bidders. A lucrative business. An immoral one, at that. Hearing that an Old Star fell to earth, nearly every Harvester jumped at that chance. Finding and bringing them back met more money that imaginable, or...well. Quite the bargaining piece. Power. Who could turn that down? They didn’t expect to see this Old Star amount such lowly people. The Watcher knows of something Dark coming. The Prince and Bard are as clueless as they go. The Old Star? Well...they’ve decided to stick closer to this group. Even so, the Harvester can’t deny their hearts and courage. An intricate game of chess that they’re happy to play.
