Naruto using Twilight's Magic to create a rasengan along with his Kyuubi charged rasengan.I wouldn't wanna be the pony there looking at.

Well, Applejack and Rainbow Dash seem like the taijutsu type so they and Naruto could probably do a barrage-like thing.
Pinkie Pie could provide him support with her party cannon against an enemy.
Rarity could use her magic to summon gems to give her and Naruto a weapon/defense like Gaara's sand.
Fluttershy is a little trickier though, seeing has she doesn't like to fight. She's more like a medic or some other kind of support type.
