If it was based on Nergal Jr. you should've made a bit more alien, remember the alien kid that looked like Billy in Ken 10? Same goes with this one.
also the name should be different. I mean come on! First it's kinda lame if it has Ben in it, yet another unoriginal name like they did with the monster aliens. Also with the gal think doesn't sound right in this alien.
Probably Squidboy or Octo-squirt.

I know I know. I wanted to make it more alien but it was a request so I kept it close to Nergal Jr. The name is lame...I know. A quick decision. If you have any other suggestions go ahead. Octo-squirt sounds kinda cool. Also what episode was Ken 10??

Ken 10 is when we see Ben's son Ken, one of his friends is an alien and looks like Billy(with the clothes and hat)
