This is Jamie, the original character of . Since she won first place in my mini-contest, she got a free full-color commission from me. This was her request. ^_^
Gotta say, his hair was both the most ridiculous and yet the most fun thing I've had to draw in a very long time. Hell, it almost didn't fit on the page! XDDD
I honestly have no idea if he smokes or not; it just seemed to fit his image in this picture. (orz)
