I like the scratchy rough quality, it gives the picture life.

The hand holding the staff looks a little strange.
You need to clean up your scans better, the random scraps of white are killing it, as is the white outline around Lux.
Nice perspective on the staff, Lux looks pretty good.
Try pushing for some darker values, your background is really midtone.
