Description
Came about as an unexpected by-product of my current work with rainmeter. I thought it was pretty cool idea, but I hadn't seen it around before, so I wrote it.Setup
Step 1: Open var. file
Step 2: Set Skin or App paths to be opened on validation.
Step 3: Set Skins you want closed on refresh
Step 4: Set Numeric Code ( Default: 1123581321 )
*The first ten digits of the Fibonacci Sequence served as a long enough test value*
Please, take it for a test, and then get back to me with comments

Perhaps, if the right modifications were made.

True, it serves next to no security function at all, it just looks cool.
If you really want it to do that you'd need a fullscreen back, filling all mouse click to prevent settings access, and then set the skin position to "stay topmost".

you could still just use hotkeys to close it (win key, ctrlaltdel, etc.). Windows lock-session is the only way to fully lock a computer without screwing something up.
