The only flaw I see is that the corgi doesn't seem that excited because the animation its going slow, it would make the corgi seem more excited if you made the corgi jump around quicker, or simply making the animation faster.

Oh my GOSH I love it so much~!!! It's so fluent and smooth!! I am very impressed! The line art is beautiful and all the movements you choose to do are perfect!
The characters are perfect too. Very unique looking! This is too gosh darn precious! outstanding job!

I have done animations before and I know how difficult they are. Props to you!
